Bio:

Robyn Rock has twenty years of Capture, Proposal and Grants Management experience leading competitive bids encompassing $1.7B in wins, and $40B in Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards. Recently, she was the Capture/Proposal Manager for a major competition of a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). Robyn was also a Proposal Center Manager for Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), responsible for developing major grants and proposal opportunities that fit the Lab’s strategic objectives across multiple science and technology disciplines. Functional areas of expertise include Business Acquisition Process Development, Capture Manager, Competitive Assessments, Storyboard Expert, Proposal and Grants Manager/Writer, and Volume Manager.
